When will I receive my I Am Wealth or The 9 Breaths of Amazing Grace or another downloadable program?
If your order was a downloadable program, it does not require shipping. If you did not get immediately redirected to the download page after your order, please check your email for an email from Nick Good. Click the link in the email to get access to your download. If you did not receive an email, please contact info@successultranow.com.
How do I open the files from I Am Wealth or The 9 Breaths of Amazing Grace or another downloadable program?
If the file is a Zip file, it means that the files are compressed. If you have Windows Vista or Windows XP, right-click on the downloaded file, click "Extract All...", and choose where you want to save the files. If you have a different operating system that doesn't support Zip files, you can download Jzip (free) or Winzip.
To play the I Am Wealth video, you will need either Quicktime (for the .mp4 file) or Windows Media Player (for the .wmv file). If the video doesn't play well on your computer or is choppy, you can burn it to a DVD and play the DVD on your TV or computer.
How do I cancel my SUNscription?
You can cancel your subscription by logging into Paypal and following the below directions.
- Login to www.Paypal.com
- Find your SUNscription in account activity
- Click "detail" (highlighted in blue)
- Scroll down to bottom of page
- Click the button saying "cancel my subscription"
- It will take you to a page asking to confirm your cancellation
- Click "cancel my subscription" again
- Then another page will come up saying it was successful (at the top of the page in small letters)
